Q. I recently found your site and it is such a blessing. Recently I've been going through the Scriptures and trying to determine the truth about the rapture. I'd like to know if the Rapture is mentioned in Revelation, and if not why? Thank you!
A. Many students of prophecy, myself included, see the Rapture of the Church in Rev. 4 where John is called into Heaven, and in Rev. 5 where the redeemed in Heaven sing the new song that only the Church can sing. I believe the church is also visible in heaven in Rev. 14:1-5, 17:14, & 19:7-8 indicating our absence from earth during the bulk of the book of Revelation.
